Garcinia Cambogia Advanced & Slender Cleanse Advanced

By now it's likely you've heard of Garcinia Cambogia, or perhaps you've tried it for yourself. I first heard of Garcinia Cambogia on the Dr. Oz Show.

The Garcinia Cambogia capsules are 100% pure, have absolutely no fillers, no binders, no artificial ingredients and come in a pure vegetarian capsule.

They contain at least 60% HCA.
HCA is the key to weight loss. They are GLUTEN-FREE and Made in the USA in a State of the Art GMP facility. I don't know about you, but for me when I buy and take supplements I look for supplements that clearly state they are Made in the USA!

Find the supplements I reviewed here!

It's recommended that you take 800 mg twice a day, 30 minutes before mealtime with a glass of water. I have to admit, the hardest part for me was taking the supplement 30 minutes beforehand and then of course the wait time.

Slender Cleanse Advanced is an All Natural, gentle and controllable method to break up and flush away POUNDS of unwanted toxins and build up from the walls of your colon and intestines. Ultimately, these supplements are designed to help gently cleanse your body of toxins and build up that weighs you down and tends to make us feel tired and sluggish. These two supplements in combination are designed to result in increased energy.

Approximately 65% of the adult body is made up of water. For best results and staying healthy overall drink plenty of water! Remember, it's always important to stay hydrated, no matter what the time of year.

Who should you try this weight loss system?

Garcinia Cambogia Advanced & Slender Cleanse Advanced were designed for men and women who want to lose 10 lbs (or more) and who may experience any of the following:
  • Weight Gain
  • Acne
  • Sluggishness

  • Constipation

Disclaimer: I received this product for free in order to facilitate my honest and unbiased review. All opinions are my own.

I would love to hear from you! What diet aids and/or supplements have you tried? Have you tried Garcinia Cambogia? Workout regiments, et cetera? What's worked? What hasn't? Please leave your comments below. As always thanks for reading!

7 Steps to a Happier, Healthier Tomorrow!

I prefer the term Realist. The fact is I don't always see the glass as "half empty" or "half full" rather the glass is what it is, a half a glass of water.

I struggle with depression from time to time. Like many things you learn to take things as they come. I have learned to tackle clutter little by little and celebrate the accomplishments to a bigger goal.

1. Set a goal and break it down into objectives. Celebrate the small milestones!

When you get frustrated by something or someone take a step back and take a deep breath and refocus. Or try and put things in perspective, so you don't get overwhelmed by the task at hand.

2. Put things in perspective and don't sweat the small stuff. We all need to feel loved and cared for.

3. Do something you love. Something that brings you joy.

Take some Time-Out for You! We're more productive when we're happy!

4. Smile. When you're having a bad day. Smile when you feel like the sky is falling. Smile because it's contagious. You'll feel better.

5. Get out and volunteer. Make a difference in your corner of the world. Where there's a will there's a way!

It's simple- Volunteer! Just the idea is scary at first but volunteering is a great way to give back, get involved with your community. It can help you network and meet new people and make friends.

6. Nutrition and Exercise

Like a well-oiled machine you can't throw in junk and expect that your body is going to respond smoothly. Treat yourself kindly. Get rest. Stay hydrated. Eat the recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables. Get in some physical activity at least a couple times a week. There's an activity for every level of physical ability.

7. Talk it out!

We've all heard the saying "Don't go to bed angry." You'll sleep better if you follow the advice given. Talk it out. Figure out what's really bothering you. What can you do here and now? Is it worth holding onto hate and resentment over?

These are all strategies to practice. The more we practice, the more they become habits and thus second-nature.
