Salad Cutter Bowl Review

60 Second Salad shows step-by-step instructions right on the box.

The Salad Cutter Bowl arrived nicely packaged. It is larger than I expected.

Easily cut heads of lettuce. I tried cutting up other vegetables (Peppers, Onions) using this product and found it a bit difficult. It produces a coarse chop: perfect for lettuce and cabbage!

The bowl doubles as a strainer: you can rinse your veggies after they are chopped up or before.

Important: when using the Salad Cutter you will still need to exercise caution and be aware of where you put your hands and fingers. Choosing the correct knife for the job will make cutting up your salad vegetables much easier and safer.

This Busy Bee Needs More Hours in the Day!

I've been Sooo busy lately. Renee's dance recital is this weekend. I can't wait to see if our daughter is going to shine, do her own thing or freeze like a deer in the headlights. Either way it doesn't matter. We'll be supportive either way! Her dance class number is a surprise; but, I'm sure to be loud as it's a tap dance number. All the little girls LOVE their tap shoes and cute little teal tutus and tiaras!

I've taken on some freelance writing at EssayShark. http://www.essayshark.com/ is a platform where freelancers and writers "meet" without exchanging personal information and bid on various assignments. I'm currently working on a Dissertation for a client completing his Master's in Engineering Management!

Whew- what a lot of work it's turning out to be!

I've also been writing for a couple other blogs you can check out too.
Livin3 is a natural and health focused blog.
So far this is the only article I've written for them.
They are revamping their theme at this time and I am awaiting more assignments.

I was picked as one of the bloggers for a trial run with Tastee Recipe, which I find very exciting because their page has over 1 Million viewers a month! Their site focuses on down home cooking with a demographic mostly of women in their 50's. We'll see how it goes.

Here's my first blog post at Tastee Recipe a Patriotic Popsicle!

The PhatMat + Mesh Griller #Review

Anyone that knows me knows I love baking... but, I hate the cleanup! The PhatMat is a healthy and inexpensive alternative to non-stick, Teflon pans, parchment paper, cooking sprays and oil! Save on fat and calories. Save money and be a little more Eco-friendly. Plus *Yay* the PhatMat helps make cleanup a breeze!

Even if you mess up the recipe and kill the leavening, use too much fat, burn a batch...  Incredibly nothing sticks to these baking mats! It's amazing! Knead dough on them and no more cleaning gummed up floured counters either!
